Finding joy in building on the strengths given to you at birth. Learning to harness the energy of those gifts to pursue the happiness you deserve.

Hope

Without hope we lose the essence of ourselves. We must wake each day with the surety that effort equals results, that a window of opportunity lies ahead of us in which we can forge a future.

Imagination

Creativity and hope form imagination where an uncertain but enlightening path lies ahead. With form comes reality. Turn your ideas into life.

In our weekly services, we use the idea of chi, or the energy life force to bring about a positive change in the self, one which looks to the future with new goals, discarding useless, time dated ideas and faded wishes before rebirthing a vision for the future. Using techniques from all sources of the healing modalities, we come to the simple concept that 'wellness begins within'.

Our lives are a unique blend of core values and beliefs which we inherit. We take this mix and add to it the cultural norms which constitute our living experiences. When we lose our way, we have closed the channels into the very sources of comfort and knowledge which sustained us. Linking ourselves back into our strengths is the goal of The Hearth Ministry.
